Payments: Due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. We accept credit/debit cards and online methods. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Refunds: Evaluated case-by-case. Please contact us within 7 days of service for any disputes.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
This Site and its “Content” (text, code, graphics, images, and logos) are protected by copyright and trademark laws of the United States and international conventions.
License: We grant you a limited, non-commercial, personal license to use the Site.
Restrictions: You may not republish, sell, reproduce, or redistribute any material from this Site without our express prior written permission.
5. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Feedback
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you post. You warrant that you own the rights to your UGC and that it is not defamatory, illegal, or infringing on third-party rights.
License to Us: By posting UGC, you grant DF Enterprise NC LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and commercialize that content.
Feedback: Any suggestions for improvement (Feedback) sent to us becomes our exclusive property without compensation to you.

By opting into our SMS service, you agree to the following:
Usage: Data is used for updates, promotions, and reminders.
Non-Sharing: We do not share your SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Rates: MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. Frequency varies.
